This UC Net page contains good information and links to diverse resources for people to review prior to determining if Long-Term Care insurance coverage is appropriate for their needs.
CalPERS Long-Term Care insurance plan advises individuals and families to take the time to review the entire application kit and determine what care may be needed.
Long-term care requires planning, often with a financial advisor and family, and interested UC members can learn more about the CalPERS Long-Term Care plan and how to apply at the following link: https://www.calperslongtermcare.com/.
